The one after that will be in Prescott, January 6-8th. I need about 10 swimmers to attend to make the trip worthwhile. Very fun meet. Indoor pool.

At the Gobble the Bubbles meet Ethan Crabb swam 6 Q-times in one meet very impressive. That meet was lots of fun we had 10 swimmers on friday night.

DRYLAND NEXT 2 WEEKS:
Some type of gym shoes. water bottles, towel to use on grass (optional)
Good attitude: WE will try and keep it fun, if you work hard. The exercise will
help your swimming. Many teams do dry land, college, HS, club and Olympic
swimmers.

SUMMER STUFF...IMPORTANT
Swim meet entries for Friday June 3rd are due Monday /31st
This is a Ten and under meet, warm up is 4:00- 4:45
via e mail, voice mail, text.
PLEASE BRING WATER TO PRACTICE WITH YOUR NAME ON IT.
Starting Tuesday May 31st:
Tuesday and Thursday practice for
GOLD and SILVER will be 3:30-5 because of country club swim meets.
BRONZE and OW unchanged 4-5pm.
M-W-F is the same as usual.
This change will run until Thursday JULY 7th.No practice Mon/July 4th.
Two more meets: June 11,12 at GCC, June17-19 at Rio in Tempe.
the Tempe meet has prelim and Finals. Both meets are NO TIME STANDARDS.
All ages are welcome at both meets.
Another meet which is July 30 Grand Canyon State GAMES.
More details in office, just a FYI on this meet.
Oh yeah one more thing: Through out the summer there are a few Kid Triathlons that any of these kids could do and some open water swims at the local lakes. lake swimmers should talk to Keith he has done very well with some of the lake swims. trifamilyracing (link opens new window)for triathlons, dcbadventures(link opens new window) for open water swims. Or Just ask me. these are Fun, really!!

HELLO EVERYONE
Great swim this weekend. The 8 and unders swam great and a had a great time with very fast swims.
No PRACTICE Thursday April 15th, yes on friday/16th.
Swim meet 17th at McClintock HS. 12 and under 8 am warm up, 13 and over 1pm warm-up.
As usual there will be a change in Schedule in May due to the Arrowhead Summer program pre-season. It only effects the Bronze and OW group. More details to follow. Just an FYI.
HELLO SUNWEST SWIMMIERS
First I want to give kudos to the 4 swimmers that competed friday nite. Abbey, Ella,
Savanah and Ethan. Some of them their first meet. They all swam great.
Spring Break Scedule: Will be normal, no changes.
No practice this friday/5th State Swim Meet. Please give you best wishes to the 5 girls that had to qualify to get there. Kelly, Kendall, Meaghan, Jacquie and Gaby. They have 4 days of racing this weekend.
HS swimmers we have a meet coming up mid March, flyers in office. The turn out at practice has been great lately. Love to see so many swimmers at practice.
We need to have more at swim meets. I will have new meet schedule up this week. Competing in meets makes all those laps worth while. We have great swimmers I would love to show case your talents at some swim meets.
